Whole30 Meal Plan Day 26
A few days ago I started adding a little coconut milk into my coffee. I have since realized coffee with something creamy is a drink without brakes for me. This means I can drink it and drink it and drink it!
Before adding coconut milk to my coffee, I was ok going coffee free in the afternoon. Now I crave coffee! Not for the caffeine but the creaminess the milk adds. Whole30 is a sneaky reset. 26 days in and I’m still discovering my relationship with food. I predicted that I would miss milk and even said I drink coffee for the milk, now I can pinpoint it to “I love anything creamy.”
So for the next four days; I will try and stay away from coconut milk in my coffee to try kick that creamy craving or at least build a little self-control 😉
WHOLE30 MEAL PLAN: DAY 26
Breakfast: Bauernfrühstück: bacon, potatoes, onions and eggs all scrambled together. A side of avocado and coffee with coconut milk.
Lunch: Roasted cauliflower and boiled eggs
Dinner: Ratatouille and meatballs, celeriac & pumpkin mash, side salad
