Whole30 Meal Plan Day 27
Wow has time gone by quickly since last Sunday! It was exactly a week ago I almost quit this Whole30 journey, and man am I glad I stuck with it. Every day brings something new, from learning more about my relationship to alcohol and coffee to hosting a Whole30 dinner party sober, and continuously finding total joy in the kitchen.
Self-discovery baby, that’s what it’s about.
WHOLE30 MEAL PLAN: DAY 27
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with kale, roasted potatoes with bacon, and black coffee
Lunch: Chicken cooked in tomato passata with a roasted pepper sauce over lemon roasted broccoli and Brussel sprouts
Dinner: Smoked mackerel, avocado, and mâche salad
