Whole30 Meal Plan: Day 29
One more day of Whole30 to go!
I opened my fridge this morning and for the first time since starting Whole30 my fridge is empty. I think it’s a subconscious way of preparing both mental and physical space for reintroducing foods back into our diet. We began Whole30 with a big grocery shop on day 1 and will be ending it the same way on day 30. This time our grocery basket will be full of beans, bread, and cheese!
I can’t believe there are only 24 hours left. It is a bittersweet feeling. We went 29 days full of discipline and rules. What’s gonna happen when the clock strikes midnight? I hope I don’t fall off the deep end!
WHOLE30 MEAL PLAN: DAY 29
Breakfast: Bauernfrühstück: scrambled eggs with potatoes and bacon, side of avocado, and a coffee
Lunch: Cauliflower puree, zucchini strips, smoked salmon, and roasted sweet potato
Dinner: Aubergines baked with bolognese sauce and spinach, and a side salad
